The BSB project was presented to me by Vera McLafferty, who was spearheading the project with local contractor, Eric Nobles of Nobles Construction. The Bookstore was looking for funding to renovate the space in two phases. Phase one, is to update the look and provide seating for customers to read and meet up. Phase two, is for adding a coffee shop to hopefully bring in more customers. 

I was tasked with creating renderings of both phases with options within each. Simple renderings and sketches just won't do to create an interest. Creating an environment that looks almost real, is how to generate excitement and give people the urge to donate.
